Shipping Information


Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of upmost importance to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to Australia Post 


  • You will receive your order anywhere from 1-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out.
  • After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This doesn't include weekends or holidays.
  • During sale periods please allow additional processing time.
  • You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you thats we've used to ship your order.

We send our International orders with Australian Registered Post.

All international orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.  All duties and taxes and brokerage fees shall be borne the purchaser. All international shipping rates are those rates provided by UPS to our customers.

  • Delivery should take between 12-21 business days 
  •  Please allow our team 1-3 business days to ship your order.
  • You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has shipped.
  • This service is NOT trackable. The tracking number you receive is a consignment ID and is for delivery purposes only.
  • In some countries a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not at home to receive the package it will be delivered to your local post office. 
  • Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.

KINN has a 14 days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with tags still attached.

Returning your purchase:

  1. Contact us via email at Please include your customer order number and which items you would like to exchange in order to ensure stock availability.
  2. Place the items in the original packaging and enclose securely
  3. Ship with the courier of your choice. For your own benefit, please ensure yo get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery.
